i purchased a tumbler for my daughters birthday. When she opened the package, we found that it was personalized with the name "Ashley"

I ordered 2 tumblers in late January this year and it's August--- no tumblers. As others have mentioned, this is not being made or manufactured in Oregon. It WAS in China. We've all been duped and money stolen from us. They are nothing but thieves. Any name you find that is remotely connected to these folks-- stay away, far away!

I was scammed by a completely different website owned by the same "organization" @ https://intershipstore.com/, a computer parts cheap scam. I realized that these websites were connected when the fraudulent payment went through with my bank. The subject line was filled with "TF FAMILY TUMBFINE.CO OR". I decided to do a bit of research and found this website with that name and email. If you look at the two, the layout is really similar looking. Also, when looking at the description of the intershipstore website in google, the business address displayed is the address for the tumbfine.co website.

I ordered a custom tumbler from Tumbline the first part of February 2020 and received the following response on Feb 4, 2020: "We're happy to let you know that we received your order #TUMBFINE-33698 and will begin processing it right away. Please allow up to 13 - 15 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere 3 - 5 business days. Total estimated delivery is within 16 - 20 business days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped."

This was the last I heard from them and I have not received my tumbler!

If you click on view your order at the bottom of that e-mail you get, "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.

Similar to others here; I’m really angry. I ordered a personalized tumbler as a gift on Feb. 11. I received a confirmation email that day, and a “welcome to the Tumbfine family” email on Feb. 12. On Feb. 17, I received another email stating that my item was being printed and would be shipped soon. And that’s it. No communication since then, no one answers the number in the email, and the website is now unavailable. If this company went out of business, I’m sorry, but they need to refund the money of people who ordered products and paid in good faith!

Ordered a personalized tumbler on 2/11/2020. Like others received a welcome email immediately and week or 2 later received an email saying my tumbler was being printed. 2 months later no cup and website is down. Starting process of dispute of funds with my bank and never heard back from the company Tumbfine. So tired of rip off companies.

This company is a SCAM. I placed my order on Feb 11, 2020 and immediately received this email:

March 1st: I Followed link on my order confirmation e-mail I received and got message that either my email or order number were incorrect. Total silence. As of today, no reply and no tumbler. Now their website is down.

Watch out for them, they are now advertising on IG under the name tumblerica_us.

I ordered a personalized item from this company on January 19, 2020... they started out contacting me updating me on the status of my order. On February 1, 2020, they sent an email saying my order was complete. It is now March 18,2020 and I have not heard from the company. There are no phone numbers available to call the company and Whenever I click on the “contact us” button through the email they sent, the response is “no longer available.” I just want either the item I ordered or my money back.

Horrible experience. Everyone needs to understand that our post offices here in the US will be not help with international orders. I ordered 2 cups and received only 1. I have tracking numbers from both deliveries one says delivered which I got and one says not delivered which I never got. They company told me to get with my post office so I did and the USPS says they cannot help in international orders which tumbfine knows that. They refuse to help in any way and just keep telling my to get with my post office. They are very dishonest and will not hello you even with tracking numbers.

I purchased two personalized tumblers for christmas gifts in early November from a company with a portland address. After multiple emails asking for tracking info because it said the items had been in a post office in Los Angeles one of the two items arrived in late december close to 6 weeks after the order. It looked nothing like the website. No glitter. I emailed them and told them I did not receive the second one and here it is late january and I still haven’t received the second one. I also sent them photos telling them it was not the same product and they said all they could do was give me a 15% discount because the items were personalized (everything on their website is) I left a review on their website with 1 star and magically all of their reviews are 4 and 5 star. None of the review tumblers look anything close to mine. Also the items arrived from a Chinese address not Oregon.

They show quality products at a price you would expect to pay for something so seemingly nice. I bought tumblers for my employees and they were not at all as portrayed online. They show a beautiful picture and then you get it and it looks like they put the online picture on a copy machine and pasted it to the tumbler. I did not even recieve the full order. When I look up the address, it is a residence! There are reviews attached to this address for a shoe retailer. They also claim to be based in the US, my packages came from China.

Stay far away!!
