Do NOT purchase any items from a company called Tumble cat/tumblecat.com or tumblecat.meow.com If you purchase from this company they will not honor guarantees. I purchased a "Heated vest" costing $79.95 over the holiday. They do not issue refunds, allow exchanges or even answer e-mails. This is an on-line order company so they do not provide a phone number or address.
