I placed 2 items. For my daughter's almost a year ago and still nothing .. They kept saying it was lost in transit and they will reach out to me when they have more information and I had to always reach out to them. They gave me 20% off my next purchase but why use it AMD im having difficulties with my first one? They have no phone number you can call. All they have is an email you can reach out to. Ive tried on so many occasions to have them send me my refund or send me out a new order since ive been waiting for so long AMD still nothing. I just wanted something that would make My daughters smile and tumblerry took that away from me. This is ridiculous. They constantly keep sending me the same email over and over again and im tired of hearing thru same thing.. It went from sending the same thing to not saying nothing at all anymore.. I JUST WANT MY REFUND OR MY TWO CUPS BACK PLEASE !

I placed an order back in June and never received the order. I was told that my order was lost during transit at their fault and I was going to receive a full refund. Haven’t received a refund to this point

I ordered an item in June through FB for my husband and still haven't received it. I've email them and got no response. I just want my money back at this point. I've also tried looking them up on line and there's nothing coming up at all.

I ordered 5 personalized mugs back in June. Over $150. Never received my order

I ordered 2 cups..never received.
Over 6 months ago.

I ordered a cup for my son for his Birthday that was in June I am still waiting . I have not gotten any emails, text,or written information on that

I ordered. Tumbler from them. The order was returned by my post office. I’ve since contacted the company numerous times to be told by each person I spoke with to pay a shipping fee and my order will be sent to me. I did this once. Each time the amount changes. The last email I received wanted me to pay 10.00. Not gonna happen.

Same as everyone else. Ordered, was told after waiting almost 5 months that it was their fault it was lost during shipping and I would be getting a Full Refund within a few days. I’m still waiting with no refund.

I too have had the same experience as others stated previously. Order was placed Jun 1st. Only 1 of my 3 items were received. I sent an email to Tumblerry, they said the other 2 were lost in transit and expect a full refund with a 20% discount on my next purchase for my inconvenience. The lost items cost $59.90. I had used Paypal for the purchase. July I had corresponded with Tumblerry again to receive my refund. Again, they stated to expect my refund within a few days through Paypal. I never did. I filed a grievance with Paypal. Lala, were the funds were paid, offered a partial refund of $47. I declined. I am currently waiting on Paypal to review my complaint.

I order 5 cups and were never delivered. Was told their 3rd party payer, PayPal would refund the money. I ordered in June, notified by them my products would not be delivered and am still waiting for my refund and have followed up 3 times. I have tried to contact PayPal directly but have not responded.

Having the exact same issues! Total SCAM! I too was promised refund and received nothing. I will be filing a claim with PayPal

TERRIBLE! I too placed and order 6/8/20 emailed my concern for a overseas charge from LaLa to be reassured that it was legit. Then to be told my order was lost in transit and my money would be refunded in a few days. Weeks have passed.
Told on the 24th of July were having issues with PayPal. Now saying in a few days.
This place had good reviews up until about June it looks like.
I will be contacting BBB, credit card, and a lawyer if necessary if money is not refunded by 8/4/20

I am having the EXACT same issue with them! No product, promised refund and nothing. I have given them until 8/6. Total Scam!

I placed my order on 6/9/2020 and received a confirmation on 6/9/2020 with my order #17964.

Received an email stating it was being printed on 6/12/2020.

Received an email stating it was almost done on 6/17/2020.

Received an email that it was done and being sent to the warehouse for shipping on 6/19/2020.

I have never received my order and when I contacted you, your customer service rep stated that it was lost in transit and it was your shipping agents fault. She stated that I would be issued a full refund. (this was on 6/30/2020)

I have since reached out to you on, at least, 4 different occasions about my refund. Each time I was told it would be a few days. It has now been almost (1) month since I originally contacted you about my shipment.

I would like my money refunded. I was told on Friday, 7/17/2020, that you are concentrating on refunding larger orders before small orders like mine. That seems a little strange to me. I’ve been asking for a refund for almost a month.

This is the reply I get each time I email them:

Hi beloved customer,

Sorry for that inconvenience,

Regarding your concern, we would like to say that we have issued a refund for the missing items.

Please wait for our third party, Paypal, they will credit money to your account in the next few days.
