An ad came across my Facebook on January 15 for an electric fireplace for $66 plus shipping so I ordered it and then I received an email of a confirmation so I asked when it would be shipped so they sent me a tracking number and it was coming from China, I kept checking it and on Feb 3, it said it was delivered and I clearly never got the product, I emailed them

again that I never received it and they emailed me back the tracking number and it said it was delivered on February 3, I told them I never got it and that I wanted my money back, a week later no response, I emailed them again and still no response. The website that I ordered it from isn’t working now either.
