Buyer be aware!! This company is selling a lot of TVs at an unbeatable price but they are actually scamming people. Searching for an 82" TV, we founf this site, we called them and spoke about two TVs, (a 82" and a 85" model) for quiete some time. We called them again the following day (cyber Monday) and I even asked how was it possible that they were selling TVs at such low prrice compared with the rest of the stores and he mentioned that the rebates for them were huge and they were passing those discounts to the clients. I also asked some specifications about the tv we were looking to buy and he explained all very clearly. After we finished with the conversation, me and my husband decided to buy the TV on their website. After a couple of hours I started feeling unsecured about the transaction and decided to call them again to ask about the shipping date. That was, of course after the purchase was done, that another rep asked me if I knew that the TV was a "Commercial unit"..... of course we did not know, the website does not mention anything and none of the two reps that we spoke with mentioned ANYTHING ABOUT THAT and we have been very specific about the models and even the difference in price with other stores but none of them said anything!!! Well, they are selling TVs at lower price than other retailers because they are giving you a "commercial unit" (what is known for Hospitals or for display in businesses). They are advertising the QN82Q800TAF for $2,769 (sold in other stores for about $4,500). BE AWARE!!!

I requested the cancellation of the purchase immediatelly. He returned our money back.

I wrote a negative review in their site (through the shopper approved that pops up after you make a purchase) but for some reason (they must be able to avoid showing negative reviews) it does not appear in their site..... Make sure you know what you are buying!!
