I saw an ad in TikTok that was too good to be true. I fell for the ad and made the purchase. They contacted me telling me they would let me know about tracking information. I had to contact them for a tracking number which they sent me but after a few weeks I checked the tracking. It says the product was delivered and it never was. I contacted them multiple times and it wasn’t until I mention getting a legal team involved is when they contacted back. They told me on 1/29/22 that they will look into if and would take 3-5 business days and they would contact me. It’s now going on business day 9 and still nothing with multiple emails so them for that is the only way yo contact them.
