My mom ordered a Turnpike Troubadours hat for my brother for Christmas. The hat that arrived was much lower quality than the one in the picture on the site, the one on the site had a patch on the front, what we got was just printed on. When I looked into the website, I discovered that it is a fake knock off of the actual Turnpike Trubadours’ merch site. My mom did not get this product until Jan 29 when she ordered it before Christmas, and she had to argue on the phone a lot to get the hat, because the people she talked to kept saying it was being backordered. The site she found was listed as an ad on google, right above the actual merch site, and it copied the design of the actual site very closely.
