I ordered 5 items from this website that were not delivered. When i emailed the company they told me to go to the post office and sent me a tracking information. i told them I never received the product so then they offered to resend it as it was now showing not delivered. They asked I wait 15-25 days for the product to arrive and sent a new shipping number. When looking at this tracking number the product says it went to another state I do not live in. Still no product delivered almost 3 months after purchase.

Ostrich beach chair was offered for purchase. Recieved a knee compression sleeve instead. Received no reply either from contact email listed in order confirmation email [email protected] or listed on their website [email protected]. Package was received with return address " ****** **********
