This scam is brilliant because they do actually send you a product but it is how they go about it that keeps the customer from being able to fight back. I wanted to try their $12 ear cleaning tool and after taking me through a myriad of tiny buttons and other product offers that I thought I had declined, I mistakenly hit the order button instead of the last decline button and ended up with an order for $65. I immediately searched out a phone number to tell the company to cancel the order and did actually get someone on the phone. The woman told me that the company was so efficient that the order could not be cancelled but that she would send it to her manager to see if they could get it cancelled. She did not give me a cancellation number or any code. I then called my bank because at this point I suspected it was a scam and they said I needed a cancellation number. I then emailed [email protected] and explained that I wanted the order cancelled and that I did not want the products. I continued this exchange of emails with the company refusing to cancel my order. They sent the products and told me I would have to pay for the return postage to Germany. $45! And I am supposed to now trust that they will refund my money? Not a chance!
