I went to the website from Instagram to purchase an ear wax cleaner product. After I completed the payment process and the website had my card number there were a series of Add-on items, I inadvertently selected two of these products. There is no opportunity to see a cart or review the purchase or remove these items. Within seconds I contacted their support indicating I wanted to cancel the order. They explained to me that their warehouse and shipping is so efficient that my order was already en route and could not be changed. They suggested I await the order at which time I could properly return it for a refund. Two DAYS later, I received an email notification that my order was on its way, so their warehousing and shipping wasn't quite 'instantaneous'. Nonetheless, I received the order, never opened it, and contacted customer service again by email, when I had not heard from them five days later, I called. They informed me I would need to return the item to the address on the return receipt they would send me by email. The return address is in GERMANY. I took the item to the USPS and the postmaster informed me, it would be roughly $28 to send the package, BUT that I could also expect to pay customs charges of unknown amount, IF German customs was willing to except the package at all. In other words, it would take the majority, if not all, the money they swindeled from me in some international shipping shell game.

Once you select items and enter credit card the website immediately charges without user confirming and stacks additional items after the fact not giving the user a chance to evaluate their cart and remove products not needed. A user therefore pays for additional unneeded products by just navigating to the next page on the site and upon doing ao stacks and uses stored credit card info to make additional purchases. And they're a pain to cancel and refund. Terrible business practice.

Tvidler is a company selling ear wax removal tools. I placed an order for 1 of these and then provided my information and credit card. When the order summary popped up it showed 4 items ordered and billed. No chance to confirm or change the order. I immediately contacted the company telling them about the error and asking to correct it or cancel the whole order. They said that the order was already processed (in about 2 minutes) and that they could not change the order. I contacted customer support only to be told the same thing. When the product arrived I requested a return. They charge 15% restocking and the customer need to pay for shipping to Luthuania ($90). Of course this is more than the cost of the items. I posted this information on Trust Pilot only to find many others complaining of the same thing.
