Found this website while attempting to buy last year's tv model. Placed the order and received an email asking me to call them, "to confirm the order". After 2 days of attempts, finally got transferred through to Jeff. Jeff confirmed the order but stated that I needed to sign a waive the warranty. This tv was apparently manufactured in S. Korea and not Mexico like the models sold in the U.S.A. usually are. As such, the picture quality, graphics, and refresh rate are substantially lower. This was a bait-and-switch attempt.

When I asked to cancel the order, Jeff became aggressive and abusive, while simultaneously offering to sell me a, "better" tv for half of market price.

After 5 requests to cancel and a threat to contact the Texas Economic Development Office and ScamPulse.com in Texas, Jeff finally relented and emailed me an order cancellation.
