I purchased a top back in September. Never received my order. Tried reaching out through email and on Ig. All they did was either not reply or gave me bs responses. Looking for ways to take them down.

Placed an order on September 6th & knew it would take a little while to ship. Received a bs email (as everyone else did) basically trying to blame the brand designers for the delay and make this girl look like she was trying to be considerate by emailing us. A month later I heard nothing so I emailed to inquire and she offered to process a refund. Haven’t heard back since after countless emails. Today I got her to respond to my ig dm and she sends me a link to check my order on the website that she just had taken down! Smh!

definitely a scam, i even commented on instagram for them to reply to my dms, they deleted my comment. i’ve tried to report the account so instagram can take it down asap

I placed a $90 order from this Instagram website, and after a month, it still has not been shipped. I e-mailed the website and requested a refund, and all they said was that I would receive an update soon. I went on their Instagram page again and noticed a comment under their most recent pic by a person who gathers information about people who have been scammed by this person, who's name on Instagram is @arsemab. Since then, I have gotten in contact with 20 people who have also not received their orders. The owner of the website deletes and blocks all comments that call her a fraud or request refunds. She uses pictures from other brand websites and claims that she sells the products herself when she does not. The owner of this business is scamming people out of their money.

I'm in the same boat as well, mine was a preorder made back in August so I sent an email a few weeks ago asking for an update and cc-ed in the brand I purchased through them - haven't heard back from either. Seen so many comments crop up with similar stories and then disappear so I've reported the account on Instagram a couple times as well.

Wait this exact thing happened to me & ive contacted a ton of people... we are actually planning on suing the young woman. Let me know if you’d be interested in getting into contact with us about it all!
