I went in under the shop website on Feb 29th and placed an order for wireless noise cancellation Bose black earbuds. I received the email that the order was placed and that I would receive an email when the order would be shipped. The order# was 1002 that I received the order was paid for off my card. I also emailed Twillight trinkets 5 times and got no response no tracking# only showing shipped standard this is too long without any response.
