Scammers. Ordered and they gave me the run around long enough where my credit card company wont do anything now. Kept telling me they were back ordered and it was around Christmas. Report them to someone. Anybody know who we can contact? Ordered thru Walmart anf got that week

J'ai commandé des protèges tibias 100$ le 13 janvier 2022 on est le 24 Mars toujours rien reçu j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails ils m'ont répondus qu'ils allaient me rembourser 10% pour le [censored] et 10% de plus si m'a commande n'était pas expédiée dans 21 jours et toujours rien reçu et à chaque fois on me dit qu'ils recontent un nouveau [censored] de 1 à 3 semaines je viens de demander l'annulation et remboursement de ma commande ils me disent que je devrait recevoir un mail pour confirmer la prise de ma demande et être remboursé dans les 10 jours mais je n'y crois plus. C'etait un cadeau pour ma fille.

I ordered some gloves December it is now March ! I asked how long they said “3 weeks we are highly in demand” 3 weeks passed nothing... so on... until today still hasn’t arrived don’t order from here ! Total money lost 120$

Everybody… Call your credit card company today. Tell them what happened and they will send you a dispute form to fill out. You will get your money back if you've paid by credit card. I just got off the phone with my credit card company and I will let you know how it goes but typically this is not an issue.

Ordered product in November 2021. It was a Christmas gift. I reached out via email, a person (Pat probably not real) responded that they were still working on it. After I was strung along for more than three months I finally requested a refund and was told the Finance Dept would process in 10 business days. After not receiving my refund I reached out again and this time there was no response. In addition I also noticed fraudulent transactions from NV shortly after on my account. I wish I would have looked into these reviews before. Clearly this is a big scam.

ORDER ELSEWHERE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...We placed an order on January 7th...NO Items and NO Credit Refund and it is March 10th...There were two email communications two weeks in and then nothing...I had no choice but to dispute it with my credit card company. DO NOT order from this company. ENOUGH SAID...shame on me for not reading all of the reviews, I can only hope this review helps the next victim of fraud.

Spent $500 USD, realized that the delivery was going to be longer than I wanted so emailed same day for refund they replied saying it would take 10 days for the refund but since then no response.

Come on TWINS step up the fight!

I have ordered my gloves 3 months ago, after receiving confirmation and order no, I waited and waited to receive shipping date or any details but nothing happened, I sent many emails to cancel my order but they never reply or do any action, it’s really bad, I’m sure they are fraud and scammers. I wonder how a well known brand such as Twins special allow such websites to scam on their behalf, I’m really confused and don’t know what to do to get my money back, I’m so disappointed with twins special, they should act to protect their customers all around the world.

Twins Fight Gear is a massive fraud. I ordered gloves there thinking the price was Canadian but it ended up being US. I cancelled my order within minutes and was told that I would receive a refund. This was a month a half ago and still no refund. It never takes that long. They assured me everything was done on their end for the refund but I’ve received nothing. Then I read that they have pulled this type of swindling before. They need to be shut down. Period.

I had ordered a pair of gloves back in August, 2018, and was sent a receipt and e-mail for my purchase. The receipt said it would ship in 8-12 weeks, and it's been six months. I've tried calling, e-mailing, and messaging from their website.

I went on and tried to log in to track my order; I don't remember if this was necessary when I was ordering, but they said they could not find my e-mail in their database (the one that they had sent my receipt to).

All phone calls go to some spaced out ditz telling me my call is important to her but to leave a message because nobody can take my call.

I've read other complaints, and based on the runaround everyone else seems to be getting, pretty safe to say this is a scam, not just poor customer service.
