The order from their website was made with payment via PayPal. I placed the order, and never received a confirmation of the order, nor order number. Attempts to contact by both their listed email and support phone line were never answered. I complained to PayPal, which said that they had contacted the company, who then sent them a UPS tracking numbe which PayPal then forwarded to me, which states that I had received it. I've had another situation in the past on eBay where a company gave a false ID number for UPS. I'm trying to remember how I discovered that it was false, but it looks like I won't be able to get my money refunded.
