I ordered custom print signs twice. The first time everything went well. The second time, they omitted the apostrophe where the sign should read “ Bob’s office” it says “Bob office”. They specifically tell you not to add the apostrophe s on the blank field nor is there anyway to add symbols of any kind. I was told it was my fault that I did not review the proof. The other signs I ordered were just fine. I told them I would return it, but to give me the correct sign. After about 9 messages back and forth, they continued to tell me it was my fault and blocked me.

I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/10/23 and paid for expedited shipping because we were close to Christmas. Today, April 4, 2024, I have not received the product or a refund. I have copies of 3-4 back-and-forth emails from the company assuring me that the product was on the way with shipping and tracking information that stops after Feb. 7th.

I ordered a product online December 6, 2023. It is March 12, 2024 and I have not received the product. Twoseasarts charged me $35. I requested a refund and they explained that the shipment got caught up in customs because there was illegal items on the same container. They said they would re-ship a new product and provide a new tracking number. This also never happened. I made them aware I never received either shipment and again requested a refund. They said they would give me a $40 gift card to their store and hoped I would accept this offer. I declined the offer and again requested a full refund. I stopped going back and forth, as it is evident I am communicating with a scammer. Lesson learned.

This company seems to go by many names on Facebook, but two seas arts service is the main thread for alternatives too. They advertise custom door decorations, and other products, but it can take 3 weeks to multiple months to receive the product if at all. They claimed there was a shipping container taken by US customs due to another business with illegal products in the same shipping container, but they keep dragging out not sending the product while claiming to just be patient, not to ask for a refund and that they will reship. I ordered the product on dec 7th, and still have not received it. They will reply qith excuses, but seem to refuse to refund or send a product or offer an alternative option. They will provide a tracker website to track shipping but it often does not work, or shows the product in strange locations or that it is stuck in shipping places for ling periods of time. That also feels odd and not valid.
