On Aug 14, 2018 I ordered a shirt for my sister's birthday. I rec'd confirmation of Order #*** from U S Good Gear. I realized my sister never rec'd this shirt on Aug 27 so I sent message asking for status of order and asking why I never rec'd tracking info. On Aug 29 I rec'd message from Steve *** apologizing that it was a best seller but it is restocked and sent out this week. On Sept. 7 I sent another message asking what the problem is with getting this shirt. On Sept. 9 I rec'd message from Alice *** apologizing & shirt is on the way....tracking will be updated shortly. On Sept 20 I sent message that my credit card had been charged and no shirt sent. No response. On Sept. 25 I sent message that I will not pay for NOTHING. No response, again. I researched online and saw many people have been taken by this company. Someone posted that they had changed their name to Hobbilaunch.
