They do not identify themselves as a third party until you scroll down to the bottom of the page. I thought that I was filling out a form through a government page. I was trying to get a passport for my son, my grandfather is very sick and I needed a passport for him. I searched us passport late at night and this was the first link that I found. I tried doing the same thing this morning and I was able to get an actual us government website on the top of the search. I believe that they are taking advantage of people by promoting themselves late at night when people are more likely to be tired. I believe that they are very sneaky about who they are and they are trying to trick people. I filled out all of my son’s personal information needed to get a passport. They asked if we needed a passport, passport card and for the process to go through quickly. I paid for all of those options. Again, I was under the impression that I was paying the government. The company is based in Barcelona, Spain, but the transaction on my bank account gave me a phone number from Florida. I tried calling them and a man Jose answered the phone. I am very concerned with retaliation, I am afraid that they will my son’s personal information against me.
