THE VICTIMS OF THIS SCAM WERE PROMISED A 3-4 MONTH SHIPPING TIME WINDOW AT THE TIME OF THE MARKETED RELEASE. THEREFORE, SEVERAL VICTIMS WERE NOT ABLE TO FILE A FORMAL DISPUTE WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES DUE TO THIS STATUE OF LIMITATIONS. THEREFORE, VICTIMS OF THE SCAM HAVE NO WAY TO BE REFUNDED THIS AMOUNT AND NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT BEING MARKETED AND NO DISPUTES CAN BE MADE. The product that was fraudulently marketed and never produced was a musical vinyl record from a musical artist duo known as "The Underachievers". The group is a duo of two members who continue to market products and scam people for their money on social media (links of accounts are linked below).
The following instagram accounts continue to market products that are completely fabricated and continue to scam people that are not aware they are buying a product they will never receive. They continue to tease products that are fake and never shipped and update their site with false claims, making people think these products are real and will at some point be shipped. However simply by reading customer comments on their instagram you will QUICKLY NOTICE NUMEROUS AMOUNTS OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW UNETHICAL THESE SCAMMERS ARE FOR THE FAKE PRODUCTS THEY ARE MARKETING:

I am noticing more and more people falling for marketed products that are never produced and subsequently people getting scammed for their money. THE $59 LOST IS IRRELEVANT TO ME. WHAT MATTERS IS JUSTICE FOR THOSE WHO FALL VICTIM TO ILLEGAL BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS. The ScamPulse.com or another state or federal institution NEEDS TO PUT AN END to this ILLEGAL course of negotiation. It is fraudulent and people continue to get scammed, YOU CANNOT HAVE DOMESTIC MERCHANTS CONTINUE TO GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING PEOPLE AND CONTINUING TO DO BUSINESS AND WALKING AROUND OUR SOCIETY FREE OF REPERCUSSIONS.
