I have never heard of the Kilo groupe until I saw a charge for $66. on my account on 1/2/21. I filed a complaint to pay pal and they told me it was not and unauthorized charge!. I asked what I purchased for $66.and who is this company? They told me I need to look on my statement, but it tells me nothing about who they are or what I bought. I call Kilo and their # is not in service ...funny right! Now with all these complaints on this page you think paypal could do something for us!

I experienced the same thing today. I did more digging and everyone should look at KetoCycle. I went into my "Automatic Payments" in PayPal and sure enough under "UAB Kilo Grupe" the description reads "KetoCycle personalized Keto meal plan payments." I guess I signed up a year ago, and they just hit my debit card yesterday. So make sure to go in and cancel! PayPal is useless and will not help. I've emailed Kilo directly and got an email back asking what product I purchased. There's no description!

This is an extremely dishonest and confusing business. See if you've gotten emails from [email protected] or look for Konscious Keto LLC.

Same experience as others. When I initially signed up for this it offered one 3 month trial or a year. I only signed up for the 3-month trial, but at the end of it, I was automatically billed again. I contacted them and was told no problem it had been canceled. Now today I have another charge from PayPal for this company. I thank the person above who shared PayPal's number because I intend to contact them now.

I got an email from PayPal that the paid Kilo Grupe $66. I objected but have gotten the same message as many of you - not an unauthorized use. My PayPal is linked to my credit card and I did download an app at some point last year called Do Fasting. I thought it was fee free and I never authorized PayPal to pay anyone anything nor did I agree to pay Kilo Grupe anything. I just realized today the Kilo Grupe and Do Fasting are connected because of researching Kilo Grupe. It is obvious they are charging many people unbeknownst to us. I am going to contact my credit card company since PayPal has spoken! Then I will cancel my PayPal account as soon as there is any resolution or no resolution. Beware of any apps you download. The fine print may get you and PayPal will let it.

Today I noticed a charge for $66.00 on my PayPal account. I immediately disputed the claim and was later sent the following from PayPal (to be clear, I did not authorize this charge!):

We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use.
The payment in question was sent as part of a billing agreement you previously set up with the merchant.
We've now canceled this agreement for you to prevent any other unwanted transactions. Moving forward please be sure to review all your active billing agreements. If you need a refund for a payment sent using an active billing agreement, please contact the merchant directly.

UPDATE: I just filed a complaint with my state's attorney general consumer division and I suggest all others do the same. Also, since PayPal engages in inter-state commerce, this should probably be filed with the U.S. Attorney General's office too!

I recently discovered 3 unauthorized charges on my Pay Pal Account from the UAB Kilo Group. 66.00 149.00 and 2 days later 229.00
unfortunately it was a few days late of the 180 days Pay Pal allows to dispute a charge. I wasn't using my pay pal account so I wasn't checking it. When i did discover it, I TRIED contacting pay pal and filing a dispute, but it would not let me do it on line because the charges were not showing up for me to "click on" to start the on line dispute process. It took me about 2 weeks to get Pay Pals number (I could not find it anywhere on the APP) so i started using the chat to have someone provide me with a customer support number... that took days. I finally got through to Pay Pal customer support only to be told that the charges were just over 180 days and there is nothing they could do. I asked for my complaint to be reconsidered GIVEN that that it took me a while to get their customer service number.1-888-221-1161
Shame on Pay pal for allowing this company to still be doing business with them. every one here should write a letter and mail it to:

I was also just charged $66 US / $87 CAD this morning for Kilo Grupė. I have never even heard of this company. I did a quick google search and came across hundreds of other people being scammed by this company as well. I have filed a dispute through PayPal. Now, we just wait and see I guess

SCAm! I did NOT authorize this purchase that UAB Kilo Grupe withdrew from my PayPal account! I demanded reimbursement and will file a claim against them as a fraud.

I only authorized a payment on November, 11th for ONE product (Colonbroom) which is basically an overpriced, ill-equipped Medimucil. And they have charged me monythly as if it were an autorized subscription! I have PayPal looking into this now.

I have been charged 3 times for one recipe. How can I stop them? They are putting charges thru on paypal. I just wanted one cookbook download for keto recipes and opened a can of worms. I downloaded some recipes and have been charged a total of $99.00 and received nothing else. The charges were 6/7, 9/7, 12/7. How can they be stopped? I questioned the charges and got an immediate response they needed to know what I bought. I did not get a product, just one download.

What I did, I asked PayPal to block any payments from my PayPal Acc't to the seller. They did so. This way I avoided further payments, as UAB Kilo Grupe wanted me to pay $66 (once more on the same date) plus $15 the same day after they charged me for $66. Then, I filed a complaint on the realized $66 transaction, which was processed by PayPal, as an unauthorized transaction. It was dismissed, as UAB somehow got recorded on my account for automatic payments, although, I have not bought anything from them. Thus, the next step was to block my card, which was used for the charge, at my bank plus I filed a transaction complain with the bank, as my card issuer, for the unauthorized transaction for the unknown product and unreasonable charge. Especially, that I got similar reply as you from the address, which was referred to me as the seller's address at the transaction details. UAB Kilo Grupe asked me what kind of product, I am referring their charges to. I thought, this is crazy.

In the mean-time, I got some kind of sorry notes from PayPal but, no money return. I am still waiting for my Bank last chance to react to my transaction complaint. I forwarded them correspondence exchange about the seller's questioning me about their product, they charged me for...

This is my whole story. To make it short, ask PayPal to block any payments form the UAB Kilo Grupe.

I have just received a confirmation from PayPal for an unauthorized payments of 1) US$66 and US$15 charged by UAB Kilo Grupe. Obviously, I filed an immediate claim for these payments, as I have not authorized any on-line purchase in the recent days nor asked for any subscription. I asked PayPal to block UAB Kilo Grupe seller for charging my account with any future payments and I got confirmation for it from PayPal. I see my claim being in the analysis status on PayPal side but, seriously, if PayPal is not going to resolve this issue to my advantage, I am going to cancel their services and never use it again. I have not found any information about UAB Kilo Grupe related to the charge and have no clue, why they charged my bank account, as I have not ordered anything from them.

I too received confirmation from Pay Pal for a payment of $66 dollars that I did not authorize as well. I filed through the resolution center as well. I am hoping that this gets resolved by Paypal as well or I will be looking to reconsider keeping my account with them as well.

I just got hit with a $46 recurring charge from this outfit on my Paypal account. From reading the various accounts of fraud on this thread, apparently they are peddling diet, health, yada, yada, yada kinds of stuff. My wife was doing keto last summer, so maybe that's how this got started. At any rate, I'm sure the money is gone forever. I opened my PayPal account and went to the recurring payments page (under settings) and changed this outfit to inactive. Hopefully that will keep it from happening again.

This is just happened to me and I have not signed up to anything, UAB Kilo Grupe have just stolen $66USD from me and it states it's an automatic payment? Does anyone now how to get into the website and find the account so I can cancel what ever this is? I just went into their website and it looks so suspect, cant see an account sign in anywhere. I have reported this scam to paypal and explained that i did not authorise any payment to this company nor have i received any goods or services. Hopefully they can reverse this activity
