UBCF called me, and asked if this was (my name) I accidentally said yes, even though I know better. I just did it out of habit. Am now worried that they may try to make charges in my name....

I got one of those phone calls where the person tries to get you to say yes as an answer to a question. Unfortunately I did say yes.

Caller claimed to be collecting donations to help women. The funds would be used to help them with doctors appointments, etc. Used the charity name UBCF. Said they were from Michigan but had an Asheville, NC phone number. Pressured me to give them my CC number, and donate either $30 or $50. Could not give me much info on the charity.

Called me asked my name?? I said yes. Not thinking then they hung up. I tried calling back. Busy signal.
