Type of a scam Credit Cards

I do not even have Uber app nor have I ever used an uber nor do I know how to order and uber and someone charged my credit card 894.00 and they refused to give my money back and when I contacted the customer support they said I had to use the app to complain and I do not have it nor4 do I need it and my bank closed my account because of fraudulent activity and I am suffering now in all areas of my life and some one need sot look into this asap because **** aisles got ******* charges yet again, anothe3r site I have never used nor heard of and took all I had left in my account. Other dispute transactions will not give money bak because under their police it has to go back on the card that it was charged on! I am in a Delia and I need this fixed ASAP. I was told it could not be handled until November 17, 2021. This is unacceptable! I called the local ScamPulse.com and they told me that there is nothing I can do. I find this hard to believe and I am not going to accept this answer. I worked at a bank and in customer service myself for over 8 years. This is not customer service that I am accustomed to! I expect this to be handled ASAP by Monday Oct 26, 2021 before 5 pm. I am overwhelmed and disable due to be physically attacked and molested. My nerves are shot and I am overwhelmed. I have been through two hurricanes and a hailstorm this past year, along with covid 3 times, and my son trying to kill himself and having a squatter in the home and someone stealing the car and the phone and the police not doing their job and everyone I can says there is nothing I can do. This has effected the quality of my life and I am sdisabled and cannot keep up and more meet deadlines and find myself at 2 to 3 doctors appoints everyday. This is ridiculous and not a life worth living. I am not going to do anything to hurt myself nor anyone else, but it is a constant battle and someone needs to st3ep up to the plate and take care of this situation once and for all. I have been hacked over 19 times and with Varo had to get 7 new cards because of it, and they r3efuse to give my money back and I cannot even live. I need surgeries and lots of other things in order to just survive and I will continue until I find someone that will do something about this! The red tape and the excuse of Covid is getting old, and I grow more and more week every day! Please, call me to help fix this problem, ASAP. My life is going further down the tubes and I am worth so much more than this. I have spent my whole life trying to work and do my part and donating to charity and doing the right thing and all I see is drug addicts getting their bills Witten off and getting out of jail and not being nudged to go to residency help when you do the Marchmman ac t and the doctor even suggest residency help and they release them and they do not go get help and they do not think they are the problem and continue to use drugs and live off the government and all I get is bills that I am late and audited from 2011 to pay back something that I should not have to because of the logistics. I do not feel entitled like the drug addicts nor do I just want something for nothing. In good faith and due to what I always believed in was goodness and just for all, but I have not seen in my whole life/. As my lawyer says I have been screwed over the entire time, because I was not well versed in the law and I do not know anyone that is not a lawyer that is. But after much research and 8 years later, I am learning more and more, but it seems I am once again a day late and a dollar short. Everyone has problems, but I cannot even life. I have had to move over 53 times, and do not have a job on disability and no car and on the verge of being homeless due to not receiving sis because of id theft through bank and cannot pay room rental and getting no where with the system to get help. Nothing is good enough and I have spent a lot of time and effort to proof my restitution and it is not good enough and they de3lte me and ignore my calls and give me a hard time and Catholic charities is trying to get me to go to mental help lock up and my medicaid will not pay for it so I guess they have refused me since I have not heard back from them in a week and she shamed me and gave me a hard time. Daphne George, because she did not understand. I do not either, but I seem to be the burden of proof person and I have ADHD and not organize d and everything I send they r3eject or need more or say it is too blurry but not blurry on my end and I had to send to the screening company first which means nothing to them. you have to start all over with them and meet deadlines, and I have been hacked and scammed and have over 359,000 emails an d cannot keep up because people are trying to get loans every 15 seconds and getting validated on old cards I had and setting ups new accounts and wiping out my bank account. I am in de3sparate need of assistance and I am just finding out all the sites after 8 years of this con tinueo9us chaos. There has to be a better way! I look forward to your immediate atte3ntion to this particular matter. Thanks for the help!

It's Jack in the box but you are paying more money for the same thing. The Roost Republic is Jack in the box. A spicy chicken buffalo sandwich is listed as $9.00 via Uber Eats for Roost Republic. A Spicy chicken sandwich is $5.75 via uber eats from Jack in the box. They are the same sandwich coming from the same location 238 W Felicita Ave Escondido CA.

Someone requested a ride who sent me a text message through Uber app saying call out once arrive at pick up point. When I called that person told me that how long I'm driving with Uber and how many rides I have done also how much I earned this week so then Uber will give me a gift of $150. He asked me go through the app and set up a new debit card in the Payment option for get my gift. But I didn't because I identified that it was fraudulent.

I do not have an Uber account. I do not know if they wanted to try to take money as I did not follow the link.

I have caught Uber doing shady things with tips on multiple occasions. Today I called about the most recent one and was hung up on in a panic after I threatened to call a lawyer. I would not be surprised if my account will be deactivated due to my accusation, after all, what would you do if you were caught stealing money from your contractors?

When tips come through AFTER the week the ride was taken(late tippers by a few days), the money is supposed to be added to the next pay cycle and recorded as income earned during that following week. Instead, they hide your tip notification due to it being an "old tip." Then they proceed to add the dollar amount to the previous week, but they never send that money to your account. They claim it is on a direct deposit system and that it is still pending but I have records dating back six months of this happening. I am owed a large portion of money by them.

The second scam is when the passenger tips in the app, but the tip never comes through as if it disappeared into thin air. A couple of my passengers are regulars or personal friends and they tip in the app (I have watched them before as they show me what they are doing), however, the tips never make it to my pay statement at all. At least in this version of the scam, the tips don't count against my taxes at the end of the year, but still, why are they taking our tips?

The last big scam I have seen by this company is that they hire people who are intentionally confusing and read from a script meant to confuse partners and customers of the service. When talking to them about these issues, they kept reading from a standard dialog page that was irrelevant to the issue I was having, when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, the supervisor did the same thing. Keep track of your income and tips closely if you decide to partner up with this company.
