On 10/11/2024 was frauded by both the driver (************* **** **** SPECIALIST-ACTIVE DUTY: Uber driver) whom took me off course, away from my intial order from Uber.com to be picked up at pickup point & drop off at UPS-29th Street, Topeka, KS (Eventually got to destination-late (45+ minutes delay)) and was able to return back to intial pickup point, but Uber will not resolve my intial inquiry of my inquires, concerns & discrepancies about a $142.63 charge coming from the driver & Uber (Knowing I am not responsible for the drivers inability to be aware of his surroundings (Land Nav.) and inability to listen to instructions & directions from the passenger that is trying to avoid the drivers mistake of going the opposite direction that was taken me South bond on US-75/ I-470W (Towards Ft. Riley as well). I was approached by Uber.com in away that was unprofessional & disrespectful (Knowing I have been for years a customer) and since I was told by an Uber.com rep that I am still being imposed to pay for a trip I didnt schedule or request, but sid pay for the intial Uber.com ride to UPS (Tipped the drver as well (Because feeling apathetic for his mistake and support of assisting me until I got back home, and greatful, but the other charge is unnecessary & weong). Please be advised I suspect that I was intentially being targeted and frauded (The driver was 1 min away from my pickup point prior to pickup (Premeditated)). Put two to two together of all that has been mentioned; you get suspicious activities & fraud that is based off of facts backed with actions (Criminal)).
