Ordered two T10 Air Coolers:

The original order for two coolers arrived in a damaged shipment. One unit did not have a visible power port connection. I advised "Ubertech" that the shipment was damaged and being returned for a refund of $143.98. The response has been a tad foolish-requesting a video?

The address on the shipment received cannot be a valid return shipping address, according to the local post office. I requested Ubertech to forward a proper shipping address but they refused.

The technology is very primitive. A very small section of water is absorbed by a very small filter and a very small fan blows room temp. air. A test with the one unit gave no cool air at all.

Anyone can wet a bath towel, hang it up and blow air through the towel to get some cool air. "Ubertech" needs to be investigated.

This company has some kind of hack where they freeze your computer with a pop up message with audio and renders it useless, I could not even put it on mute. There is a number you have to call; they "support" team says they are part of microsoft and AVG software, lies #1 and #2 Then they tell you there was a breach in your internet network, lie #3. They tell you that you have to pay them or your computer will stay frozen, so basically they hijack your computer and then hold it for ransom.
