On Feb 9, 2016, received a call from Unknown on my work phone (previous night on my cell phone). Automated message told me to call 855-205-6187 they were trying to deliver papers to me. Called the number a female answered and told me she was Ivy from UBS Litigation & Recovery. She was representing Riverside a pay day loan company that I had received funds from, and wrote them a check on a closed Wells Fargo account. It has been considered fraud and attempt to deceive. The company was taking me to court to recover funds and fees of $3,856, but if I made a payment of $640 today I would not have to appear in court. If I didn't make the payment I would be served with papers at my place of employment and my home. I told her this was a scam because the number 855-205-6187 is listed as a scam on the Internet. She says that is not my number, my extension is 855-204-5392. It was a little scary because they knew my Social Security number, old email address, bank names I used to bank at, some family/friend names, home addresses. She also mentioned something about SQG.
