I have received calls over and over and over again, yet they won't leave a message. I have a recorded message for solicitors to "remove me from their call lists and calls are screened". The caller id indicates UCB, 954-236-6083 every time. I have blocked it, however, we know they can roll from number to number. I have had personal experience with the same type of callers/"collection agencies" or "legal offices" in the past, and knew there was nothing to initiate any action on their part - but trying to get $.

In researching this info, I have learned that UCB, or United Credit Bureau, or United Collections Bureau at this address and phone, etc., is reported all over the internet abusing and attempting to coerse people into giving out information on themselves or others, indicating they owe a bunch of money, etc. Just one of the examples is below, with the info that matches my info. There are many online. It obviously continues today, and this location isn't the only one.
