Someone from 18106323450 will call, claim to be from UCS, won't tell you what UCS is unless you give them your personal identity information, they'll speak very quickly and be extremely pushy in telling you to give them your personal information, and they say they will lose their job if they tell you who they are, why they're calling, or what company they're calling from prior to getting your personal information, but will tell you to "Google them" to find out who they are and why they're calling. When you call back, the greeting says they're debt collectors and are required to inform you that they are attempting to collect a debt, but they will refuse to identify themselves as such before getting your PII. Unfortunately, I have dealt with a few different debt collectors over the years, and not once has a debt collector ever demanded my personal information without saying who they are. Currently, I do not have any outstanding debts that aren't already being settled by a legitimate company, so there is no reason for a new debt collection company to be contacting me and most certainly zero reason why anyone, at any time should give their personal information to someone who they cannot verify should be receiving such information.
