I purchased an overwatch logo backpack and recieved it with a missing click on one of the straps and a misplaced logo. I tried to get a refund and emailed the company more than a few times and one email contained photos of the backpack but a week later no response. I lost 35.99 on a backpack i want to return and realized this company had no contact number and this website was definitely a scam. I discovered later on about the bad reviews and people who had a similar situation as i did. I would like to report this and recieve my money back so no one else becomes a victim of this situation.
