Item Purchased Never Shipped

Approximately two months ago I ordered a vintage Zippo cigarette lighter from an online store named Volac that had the name Olivia Caden prominently displayed at the bottom of the page as being the store owner.

The amount I paid was $20 for the lighter plus a shipping charge of $20 for a total amount of $40 to which PayPal added another $5 without my consent !?!?

Over the past two months I repeatedly email the store using its customer inquiry page at its website and never received any replies, no acknowledgements whatsoever.

As far as I am concerned, this company and this woman, Olivia Caden, are nothing more than SCAMMERS out to get your money and who deserve to be prosecuted for their actions.

It was a listing on a page name (twelve store) with this email address: [email protected] - web page: ennize.top and Olivia Caden as its representative as store manager.

At first everything was good- but page disappeared and no response from the store however.

Today I’m appealing at paypal - lost $46

item was on pintrest went to the site store and ordered and paid. no conformation info ever sent no email ever sent.

looked up phone number listed as scam. then tried to send emails no response to any. number listed on site for customer service on checking says if u call the number your phone will be charged large amounts on your bill. and not to call. also found the site was opened in 09/21 they charged me for the amount but no way to contact and no way to email because they show no real email only a form and never goes over. do not shop here.
