My Wife ordered a pair of Ugg shoes on 11/22/2023 through what appeared to be their website. She received a confirmation of the sale and estimated ship date. When she hadn't revise any additional updates she emailed them on 12/14/2023 and received a tracking number from Cecilia Johnson for a GoddExpress. It showed the package left Paris and went through customs and was sitting in our city on the 20th. We never received the shoes and emailed Cecilia again on 1/3/2024. We never received a response. The charge on our card was applied by NUTRI ROUBENI LLC out of Hempstead NY. I reached out to GoddExpress to get an update on 1/4/2024 and did not receive a response. When I looked them up there I found warnings about Cecilia Johnson and how others were scammed by this for shoe purchases as well. We are getting refunded by our credit card for the full amount.

Slammed my credit card for boots I never ordered. Even though they were never shipped UGG said I had to accept this unauthorized purchase and then return product for a credit. I never even ordered this product and my card was fraudulently charged.

I sent a return package back to the company. 3 weeks later

nobody contacted me about my package being received, so I called them. I was informed that I have to do a claim, because

they were not sure what exactly happened to the package.

After I did the claim in regards of missing refund, company contacted me with an email stating that items in the box were not part of my order. Till this time Company is refusing to provide me with refund, or pictures of items that they are claiming was in the box. They reported me as fraud as I was informed by my bank. According to the company statement it seems that unknown person at unknown time tampered with items that was being return. of course they are blaming me for it ). During some time of package transportation or even when the package was received back to the company i got scammed.
