I purchased a pair of UGG boots on November 20th, 2018 from uggshome.com and was guaranteed my order would arrive within 3-5 days. It’s been 21 days. I’ve emailed them about a dozen times with the email address they provide on their website but haven’t received a single response. They do not provide a telephone number. The business address they advertise on their website is of an UGGs outlet store in Connecticut but they have no affiliation with this fake website. I only found this out by google mapping. A specific person’s name with an email address in France took my money out from my paypal account and PayPal keeps saying they will look into the matter and get back to me. I’m still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE FAKE. THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONE6.

I believe this is a fraudulent website that should be shut down. My mother tried to make a purchase, which did not go through. Within 20 minutes her credit card company called her reporting charges being made in China, from the same credit card she had attempted to use on this website. They claim to be selling Ugg boots for $50-$75. These boots are normally priced around $200. Ugg does not have an outlet store and this is likely not an authorized Ugg vendor. The contact information on the website also raises suspicion. A Connecticut address is provided, but a quick search on Google maps shows no building at this address. No phone number is provided. The Pinterest link is broken and the "About Us" section is full of bad grammar.
