This scammer from UHB Investments asked if I would be interested in selling my house for the sum I paid for it over 30 years ago. This was his message:

"Hi Mark, this is Tom with UHB Investments. Would you consider selling 813 Bray Avenue in the $64,000 - $74,000 range? Reply Yes if so, or STOP to end."

This supposed person named Tom from UHB Investments, calling from (636) 376-1408, tried to offer me money for my home that the state of Missouri says I own (signed sealed and stamped). When you look up this supposed company it sends up red flags. Plus I am in Missouri it says it’s based when looking it up in two states (PA, NJ) so one would assume that they should not be buying up homes in a state that they do not do business in. While looking into this “business” it is based real estate firm that buys houses for cash, offering quick, as-is sales for homeowners facing foreclosures, probate, or burdensome properties.
