They will not give me any information and continue to threaten me with court on a payday loan that I never took out. They said that I was at an address that I never lived at, in a city and state that I have never been.
I was told by the CPV that if it was a real company I would need to send them a dispute letter to let them know this is identity theft. They will not give me their address. I cannot get anyone to work with me on this and all the representatives are really nasty. I continue to call back and no one will give me any other response other than they are taking me to court. They are now calling me back and speaking broken Spanish which now falls under the lines of harassment.
I do not know what to do because I can not find out if this company is the scam or the one who stole my identity.
I have not had ANY mail correspondence.
Can someone please help me?
