Type of a scam Online Purchase
I contacted the company and they told me they run out of stock and refund was already done. After 1 month i still didn't receive my refund and send several email. I did not get any answer back and decided to leave a review on trustpilot. Immediately they send an email that if i did not took the bad review down they would not pay me. I said this is bad customer service and I want my money first. Then they asked me if they could refund in PayPal or even to an account from a friend. I declined as I paid with Credit card so want to be fully refunded on credit card. Now 3 weeks later I still have not received my money and after sending emails and even more bad reviews they ignoring me.
