This company is a fraudulent company. They contract with home warranty companies then lie about their findings so that they get paid to come for the 5 minute assessment but don't have to come back to do the actual repair. It's a scam. The service person is also very unprofessional. I wanted to stay and watch what he was doing for my own edification (in my own home for my own appliance)...and he had the nerve to tell me that I can't stay there and observe, he actually said 'this isn't a movie, you didn't pay to watch me.' it was actually really rude and awkward. Please read all their reviews on Google. Numerous similar experiences of them lying to get paid without doing repair.
