Using the Shop app, I placed an order for an item of clothing. Payment was made with the credit card I have loaded in Shop Pay. I placed the order December 2, 2022

The company is called Ultamodan Global in the Shop app and the store website is global.ultamodan.com.

The clothing item never shipped, according to the shop app, so I emailed the customer service and was promised the item in 5-7 business days. They never shipped the item. I was patient because December can be a busy time and shipments can take longer than other times of the year.

The item never shipped and never arrived. In March I emailed to cancel the order. They canceled immediately. Ten days later I received an email that they were not able to refund me and offered store credit instead. I said no.

This appears to be a fake company that just takes payments.

I contacted this company about 6 times never received my product. have a dispute with PNC to get my money back.

I ordered a dress from this website and since it was “custom”, I understood that it would take a month to ship. Over a month goes by and no word of my order, so I email them. They emailed me back promptly saying “shipping issues, etc. just be patient” I got no word again for a few weeks. I emailed them again and someone was “out of the office” they would write me back. This happened a few more times before I contacted my credit card company to alert a fraud. I gave them the benefit of doubt but thank goodness I wasn’t counting on that dress by a certain time frame.

This is the worst company I have dealt with online. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT"S A SCAM!
I ordered a swimsuit in January 2021 and after never receiving a shipping email or
the goods after 4 months and 5 emails they cancelled my order. They then informed me that they were unable to refund my money and that I had to lodge a dispute with my bank in order to get a refund. I have never received this refund and judging by the overwhelming list of complaints by other customers, I don't believe I ever will.
There should be legal action taken or at the very least, the website should be removed. Disgraceful.

I purchased a robe from Ultamodan. After I didn’t receive a package within a month I reached out to them. They told me that due to unforeseen circumstances my ordered hadn’t been processed and they were escalating it to their shipping department. After another four weeks I told them I found the robe from a different vendor and to cancel my order. The first reply I received from Ultamodan said they had canceled my order, and a notification would be sent once the refund was processed. Within five hours I received a second email stating that the payment service provider they use was experiencing issues processing my refund, aNd to receive my refund in a timely manner, I could give them my bank account information, or my PayPal account information. I knew then I had been scammed. I just figured there was a delay due to the recent issues with supply chain, so that’s why I didn’t reach out to them sooner.

Ordered clothes, they never showed up. Everytime I reached out I got the run around, googled and sure enough tons of people same issue! Can’t believe it’s still up and running

I purchased a lovely jacket from the website on September 3rd, 2021 and was charged $43.99 the same day. The website says it will take 14-30 days to ship. I reached out to their customer support team one month after my purchase to check in on the status of the order. I was told they were working hard to get my order shipped out and that it had been escalated to the shipping department where the order would be dispatched soon. It's now been 43 days. We are going on almost TWO months of no product and no updates. I have read other customer reviews and EVERY. SINGLE. REVIEW. Has experienced the exact same issue. Some people have waited 150 days and still haven't received their product. This company is fraudulently using the empowerment of women as their mission statement to mislead their customers into purchasing items they will never receive. I have no picture of "what I received" because I have yet to receive anything. My order status still reads "ORDERED."

Paid for items in May and it's October still nothing they just keep saying that it's a priority and they'll ship it asap and then I say send a tracking number then nothing happens then I email them back and same thing

Ordered my item on January 15th express delivery still have not received items. The phone number is fake and the emails are automatic and they don’t give you any information. With my tracking number and order is not working when searching for my item.
