Resurface Driveway

I was approached while walking my dog. Person claiming to be Scott Davis offered to resurface my driveway for cost of materials only. No labor. Estimate was $400. All they did was wet driveway and push sand concrete mixture over the surface. When finished, they claimed to use 16 gallons of sealer and wanted $3,139. I said I would give them the original $400 to go away. They have not come back for their money.

My elderly parents were working in there yard and when a man walk up to my dad and offer to repair his cracked driveway for $3500. They dumped a bucket of lightweight concrete and uses a rack to spread it. It looks like there wasn't enough concrete to cover the driveway and raking it made it look worse than ever. They never came back to complete the job. Their business doesn't show up online and the phone number doesn't work.
