Paid for a puppy via Zelle (he would only take Zelle or Paypal) and my situation changed so I requested a refund. He assured me he would refund me but that it was "pending". Two days later, I asked for a status on the refund and he demanded a picture of me. Then said he would only refund me if I sent a picture of me and gave him a verification code to sign in to my "Cash App". Continually claimed he was locked out of my account and that he couldn't do the refund until I gave him my debit card number. This man is a fraud and is using multiple sites to scam people all across the country using classified ads in the major newspapers.
