I found their website online. Their email address is www.ultimatejailbrokenfiresticks.com. After I paid I received an email stating that my order would be shipped in a few days, that was on January 16th. After two weeks I sent an email but received no response. I tried calling the phone number on their website, 917 456 8345. An automated message gave me three options, sales, change of address, and support. Sales and support gave me the same response, representatives are unavailable leave a message and we'll get back to you. I called 6 times and have not heard back. I know I've been scammed but I want to try and stop it from happening to someone else.
