Placed an order for clothing and shoes mid-April. Confirmation email said expect delivery in 1-3 weeks. On 5th week, I requested an update and reported that I had not received my order. After multiple communications to the company, I continued to receive the same message: “your item has shipped” and a tracking number (that led to nowhere). 10 weeks later, I requested a refund and, surprisingly, got an immediate response: “we can’t offer you a refund because your order is in transit but once your order is received you can return the item, and we will then send a refund”. They still did not provide any valid tracking information. 12 weeks later, still no package and no refund.
