The produced a very realistic website with tons of reviews. It has been discovered the reviews are ficticious. I placed the order and immediately tried to cancel. The scamming company will not allow you to cancel. The product was received and with minimal usage the product fell apart. I have attempted to get this resolved with the company and after several emails I have received zero response. Speculatively they have taken money from thousands of people and are using AI to continue selling their product. The money is not the biggest issue, it is the principal. Not many people can afford to lose $70 ($69.99) to be exact and I want to make sure they are not able to scam other people out of their hard earned money with false pretenses. Anything you can do to assist in ceasing their business operations in the US would be greatly appreciated.??????
