$198.70 in charges on 10/20/2019. Product was immediately sent back for return on 10/31/2019. REFUND HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED.

On 10/20/19 I thought I was purchasing one bottle of Ultra Fast Keto for 49.99. My bank statement immediately reflected 198.70. I immediately contacted the company and they stated i didn't read the fine print and if I was unhappy I could wait for the shipment to come in and then I could call them back for an RMA# then immediately ship back. I received the bottles on 10/30/19 called in on 10/31/19 received my RMA# and immediately shipped back. My tracking # states the company received the package on 11/04/19. The company policy is refund within 3-5 business days. I have called, I have emailed over and over and every single time a representative is unsure of why I have not received my refund. I final straw is the email I received today 11/24/19. A customer service representative states her records show I RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR $93.73 ON AUGUST 30, 2019 AND SHE PROVIDED A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. (my purchase was made in October 2019) This is unreal, this is a scam and I cannot believe Shark Tank Lori Greiner represents this fraudulent company. Today, an email has been sent by the company that my account cannot be found.

This product looked legit, especially with the Shark Tank excitement. I thought I would try the one bottle. The website kept glitching...I thought it was fine because once I put my info in I could safely select the small 1 bottle promotion. But to my dismay once you put your info into the website, it thanks you for your order and ends your transaction without showing you a total to agree to. I instantly checked my bank account and instead of $69 dollars I was charged $198. SO then I instantly call in and the moment I heard the elevator music go on without mention the name of the company I knew this was a scam. Long story short the rep I spoke to dismisses my request to change this to one bottle instead of the big package. He tells me he will refund me 25%, but can not offer me anything else. Keep in mind this is all within 15 mins. I then ask to speak to a manager before calling my bank. I get transferred to a call center in Philippines and like the first rep, they completely disregard what I say but offer to throw in two extra bottles. UNBELIEVEABLE. I cannot believe Shark Tank is allowing there name to be involved. Please be ware
