Received bill saying they have received a payment from payment card…we are preparing your order….total due PAID ON invoice id#65685BL…March 2….$395.99…….called my bank …..not processed as on the time. I forwarded a message back saying..who are you , did not even order this..lam reporting to BBB. THEY ALSO HAD A Help# phone : 1 (747)248-2340

Ultra Sonic Pest Reject sent me an email stating I had ordered total house pest reject plan which I did not. The email included an order number and said it was paid for by credit card. I called them, an Indian sounding man said they would show me how to cancel and refund my money if I opened up my browser and did what he said. When I refused and asked for verbal instructions he said forget it, told me if I hang up the product would be sent anyway and I would not get my money back. He was very angry and rude and accused me of abusing him because I said I thought it was a scam and fraud. He yelled at me and I finally hung up. I checked my credit cards and do not see any order placed on them for this company or amount. Scam!!!!
