I ordered my Asics Gel Kayanos a the end of February before the whole Covid thing blew up. I received them in two weeks. Immediately I knew something was wrong. They were delivered in a large mailing bag. The shoes did not arrive in a Asics shoe box, both shoes were bubble wrapped together. Right then I knew they were bootleg. I tried to run a easy couple of miles in them and I felt like I was running in my bedroom slippers. Terrible.$85.00 down the drain. I did look into returning...they happily take returns but I would have to pay postage to Singapore...more than I paid for these fake shoes...Another heads up. I received a e mail from QuadBusters.com wanting to know if my shoes had been delivered. I look at their website and it is the same site that Ultra Trail had...I'm thinking they have changed
their name since so many people have complained. So stay away from Quad Busters too.

Total scam. I ordered shoes in April. They’re still in the shipping process. I did a chargeback and was able to get my money back. From what I’ve read, their shoes are of terrible quality and I knockoff of the real brands. Chinese trash. Notify your local Attorneys General so that this company stops ripping people off.

Ordered a pair of Asics gel kayano 25 on Apr.13. Tracking has never been updated. Customer service have limited response. Requesting an immediate refund and I will be notifying my credit card/bank company. Don't order from them!

Ordered a pair of Asics Gel Kayano 25s over 4 weeks ago. Every time I checked the tracking, for the first 3 weeks, the shoes were in China. Finally, got an email from DHL saying they’ve picked up shoes and should arrive within the week. And, they did, today...wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a plastic bag, not a box. Right away, looking at these big, bulky shoes that look as tho they can fit 2 feet in one shoe with the amount of excess material — they are FAKE! I am so mad. Out $76.

Many times I tried googling this company, but could never find any reviews. It seems they often make changes to the company name to avoid being found out.

My son ordered a hundred dollar pair of running shoes in March of 2020. Now, understandably so, we figured there’d be a delay in delivery due to Covid-19. Well once I had sent my 10th email asking for further tracking information, I finally asked to just cancel the order. I also threaten to report this company as a scam. I then received an email, which seems like a 5 year old wrote it.. stating they were “lost on a boat” somewhere and the company could not refund my money because they’d then loose theirs ( I guess assuming these shoes will some day show up). We move in July, so I basically said we will not be here to receive them and in no way did I assume it would take 6 months. That they should stand behind their customers and in a case like this refund my money and cancel the order. I’ve received nothing back, and will do whatever I can to keep others from falling in the same hole we have with these people. Over a hundred bucks down the drain.

Ordered two pair of running shoes, same size, same company. One pair arrived and measures 3/4 inch longer than the other. Because the label says they are the same size, the company refuses to abide by their return policy. Shipped from China, return address China: that's right. They expect me to pay shipping (including tracking) for a refund for shoes which are not the correct size.

If you look at the reviews on this website, there are multiple reviews for products under different usernames all with either the exact wording, or the exact picture.

I am going to take Private1575995334’s advice into account and not order from this website.

I ordered two pairs of Salomon Speedcross 4 Climashield from Ultra Trail Next Route. The original site said something about "The Secret Picks" and seemed to be a clearinghouse for products on sale due to closeout. The shoes I received were not the model or color I ordered, and on closer inspection I have several reasons to believe they are not even genuine Salomon shoes. The construction is shoddy compared to the other seven (yes, 7) pairs I have owned in the last 4 years. I run hundreds of miles a year in these shoes, and I know them very well. The differences include, but may not be limited to: Incorrect placement of logo and other identifying materials compared to other known Salomon shoes; narrower and thicker sole material; different pattern and density of lugs on the shoe sole; poor sewing and bonding of sole to upper; different insoles that are two pieces poorly bonded together; lower quality laces; and no "CS" label for purportedly climashield fabric (Salomon's proprietary semi-waterproof material). The shoes arrived in plastic bubble wrap inside a larger plastic envelope, not in boxes as shoes are usually shipped. And they took three weeks to arrive - apparently from China, not as I expected.
