I thought I was buying discounted Natural Life items, but after ordering from an Instagram ad, the website was ultraory.com and not the brand Natural Life. The tracking was extremely vague and said delivered after exactly 30 days, but it was not delivered. I tried to find where to order the same items, but the webpage doesn't exist, and my order says "not found" when I click the link the company sent me. I have contacted customer service and they responded promising a second package, which also never came. Customer service does not answer my questions about finding the place I ordered the items and they will not fully refund me. Since this purchase, I have unauthorized purchases on my card and had to cancel it.

This was an ad on Facebook where I clicked into a site. A sir with this same name that is legitimate and reputable also shows on Facebook and that is what attracted me to buy.

Posed as Natural Life clothing company. Ordered clothing and received a fake ring. Package received from XBR, 3022 NE CORNELIUS PASS RD, HILLSBORO, OR 97124.

This was set up as a clearance sale from a popular online vendor: Natural Life. Site was very realistic. A receipt was issued and order number invoice but when I went to check the order it took me to screen that stated order not found and redirected to this another website : ultraory.com

An ad of Facebook for a sale with the real company popped up on Facebook. The link went to a a fake website that was an exact representation of the real companies website with their exact logo and products. An order was made with my credit card, name, address and phone number. A “shipping” and “tracking number” was generated with track718.com which is a known scam website that creates fake shipping. The items are supposed to ship from China but the real company is actually located in the USA. I will not receive my items because this whole order was a scam based on a fraudulent/fake ad and link.
