Ordered a product on FB 01/07/2024 never received the product. Umber J. Lenay stated USPS lost my package and I have to file claim with Route.com for a refund. USPS never received product package created a tracking ticket. Umber J. Lenay is scamming people money taking FB orders and never sending out products then advising customers to file claim with Route.com for refunds. Company is scamming thousands of dollars without product recovery. If the customer did nit purchase shipping insurance then customer loses $70 money.
