On March 6th 2024, I placed an order for a Dictaphone Dictamite Model 1253. They have not responded to my emails regarding the status of my order. Their phone number rang not in service when I called today (March 8th). The money I paid them via credit card was deducted from my checking account on March 7th. Their website, upon closer inspection, is not very good. Today I received a response from Google regarding my first email; Google said, "the recipient server did not accept requests to connect". My bank account details show that the transaction went to "MARKEEMO San Jose CA". I'm worried that the business is a scam and that my private information is in danger.
