Called North Dakota Veterans Home in attempts to collect information but the person she was attempting to collect information on does not, and has not resided here. Unable to understand her company and she spoke very quickly when giving name and birthday of the supposed individual she was looking for. She called the nurse's station approximately 5 different times, then was transferred to me as Director of Social Services. At the end of each call after being told we had no one here by that name- she wanted our name, spelled out, and last initial. Both myself and nurse told her no.
