I responded to an advertisement on Facebook about free Taylor Made golf clubs and had to take a survey. I took the survey and then had an opportunity to win the clubs by selecting up to three gift boxes. On the second attempt, the golf clubs appeared and I was taken to a site to pay S&H of $6.95. I used my debit to complete the transaction then discovered on my account that an additional $149.00 was being taken. I contacted the number on the website and talked to a senior supervisor named Robert who advised that no further transactions would be processed however he was unable to refund me my initial payments.
