I saw a video on Facebook about a gummy that would help you lose weight. They said it is what Kelly Clarkson used to lose weight. I figured it was too good to be true, but thought I would try it. I ordered the product on December 15, 2023 - $129.99 and I received the product. Of course it didn't work. I didn't think anything about it. I had unchecked everything they had checked on the screen, so I thought I had covered myself. On January 16, 2024 I noticed a charge on my account from Buy Healthy Products for $129.99. The email I had received confirming the order provided no information about who I ordered the product from or how to get in touch with them. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. They gave me a phone number to call (844-238-6601). I called them on January 18, 2024 and they informed me that I had signed up for a subscription and that I could cancel. I said fine, but how to do I get my money back, he hung up on me. I called back and talked to a Nicole and she said that I did sign up for a subscription, and I repeated that I had unchecked everything that was on the screen. I explained to her that the gummies are now being sent to an address where no one is home. We were visiting PA and are now back at our home in Florida. When we are not in PA the place is vacant and no mail is received there. She said if the post office returns it, it will be an unauthorized return. I told her I have no control over that since we are not there. She said that is my problem and that I needed to contact the post office myself. She offered to refund me $45 and I could keep the gummies. I said I wanted all $129.99 back. She said I would need a return authorization, which she gave me, but I have no way of getting the product to return it. I asked about the $45 refund and she then refused to give me that option. I told her they were nothing but scamming people. At this point I realize I am out the $129.99. I'm not happy but this just confirms that you don't order from any advertisers on Facebook.
